Sketch made outside Leonardo da Vinci's final home, le Château du Clos Lucé in Amboise, France. I sat outside with my little ones, and we sketched. It was sometimes more fun than going inside. I stopped sketching almost a decade ago, so I'm completely out of practice. Going back to it can be frustrating, you don't have the same control on your hand, it can't keep up with your eye. All the more reason to never stop doing what you love.
